The dose calculator

The dose calculator is a convenience that reproduces the starting and maximum doses printed in the FDA labels. It does not adjust for kidney function, other medicines or individual circumstances, and its results depend on what you enter. Do not use it to decide a dose. It runs in your browser, and the site does not receive what you enter.

Accuracy and availability

The site tries to keep its information accurate and current and cites a source for each factual claim. Medical knowledge and product labels change, however, and the site may contain errors or omissions. The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Sabril, Vigafyde, Vigadrone, Vigpoder and other product names belong to their owners. They are used only to identify products. The site is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any manufacturer.

You may read, print and share pages for personal, educational and non-commercial use, as long as you do not change them and you link back to the source page. FDA prescribing information is a public government document. Articles and figures from published studies remain the property of their authors and publishers and are shown under their open-access licenses where noted.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site in a way that breaks the law, interferes with its operation, or tries to gain unauthorized access to its systems. Do not scrape the site in a way that overloads it.
